Here are our answers to some frequently asked questions.
ApartMaint is an online web tool to help strata management, owners and residents. A property can be created and users can then join that property. The residents can add maintenance requests, read notices, access documents and forms, and find contacts. The management can add notices, documents, contacts, assets and maintenance requests. Reminders can be set to help keep records up to date and residents can be alerted to notices.
No, there's no need to register every apartment. It's up to the strata management to decide if they want everyone to register or just the main players. It's ideal if everyone registers but you may just want a generic login for some residents, or you may just have a kiosk set up in the foyer for general use.
Yes, the first user for a new property becomes an administrator and can assign other users as administrators. While it's good practice to keep the number of administrators to a minimum there are no restrictions enforced. You can have as many administrators as you need.
Yes, but you can only have one property per user account and email address. If you are logged in to a property you must log out first and then click on the 'Add new Property' button. You will need a unique email address when you add a new property. This is required to ensure the privacy of each property is maintained.
The total cost for a lot is $0.65 per apartment per month. There is a minimum charge of $65.00 per month per property. The cost includes GST and is in Australian dollars (AUD). Please read our terms and conditions.
An email address for all invoices must be provided at the time of registering the property. This could be the Strata Manager or a representative from the owners corporation/body corporate or the strata committee.
At the time of registering the property there is an option to select a invoice frequency of monthly, quarterly or annually. All invoice frequencies are billed in advance.
There is no minimum term. The user who created the property or another administrator for that property can cancel the account at any time by setting the property status to cancelled. The property and associated user will no longer have access and no further invoices will be issued.
